The Fully Alive Transformation Program, is geared towards empowering women to love themselves today, while changing their health for a better tomorrow. This program has been a dream creation for me, as I know how hard the journey of weight loss and self-love can be. When I needed the help and assistance to take back my health, and deal with all the garbage in my head, I couldn't find anyone, who got it; who understood the struggles of being a mom, balancing all my responsibilities and to-do's , hiding in the bathroom, crying all while questioning my worth as a mom, as a person and as a woman. WHAT TO EXPECT!

Segment 1:

Welcome to the first two weeks of your program. Specifically centered on mindset work, creating positive daily supportive habits, working through self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs, goal setting, and prepping for our transition into our first weeks of adding fitness and nutrition.

In the second week, we will continue on our mindset work, creating daily habits for ultimate success as well as prepping for the start of week three, with activities such as, meal prep, weigh ins, measurements, setting up My Fitness Pal, etc..

WHAT TO EXPECT:

WEEK 1-GOAL SETTING, PREPARING FOR LIFT OFF, YOUR WHY, JOURNALING TO HEAL, FIT TEST 

WEEK 2 -PREP WEEK, MEASUREMENTS, WEIGH INS, DAILY HABITS FOR SUCCESS, APP SET UP FOR MY FITNESS PAL, TRAINERIZE. 

Segment 2: 

Segment 2 will consist of weekly modules all the while building and contiuing our mindset work as taught in Segment 1.We will delve into nutrition basics as well as nutrition guidance, grocery lists, macros and how they support your weight loss, we will have workouts planned and scheduled, accountability and everything you need to succeed!

*WHAT TO EXPECT:

WEEK 3- COMMITMENT AND DEALING WITH THE "I FEEL'S" THAT SABBATOGE US, COPING WITH THE MUSCLE SORENESS.

WEEK 4 -MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY, ACTIVE RECOVERY AND THE IMPORTANCE OF IT IN YOUR PROGRAM.

WEEK 5- MACROS, MICROS, AND WHAT? NUTRITION INFO 

WEEK 6 - KETO, PALEO, INTERMITTENT FASTING, HIGH PROTEIN DIETS, HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT FOR ME??

WEEK 7-SUPPLEMENTS, WHAT DO YOU NEED?

WEEK 8- WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO ACCELERATE YOUR PROGRESS, TWEAKS AND TIPS FOR YOUR FITNESS AND NUTRITION.

 

 


Segment 3:

The last stretch! And week 12 has some awesome surprises in store! This is where it all comes together, where we really dig in to reaching our goals.

WEEK 10- SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR FUTURE SUCCESS OUTSIDE OF THIS PROGRAM.

WEEK 11-SEEING IT THROUGH, FINISHING THE CHALLENGE STRONG AND STEADY
